If you looked at my life from the outside in 2024, you would’ve seen a woman who looked “fine.”
Busy. Capable. Handling it.

But inside — the fatigue, the inflammation, the anxiety, the emotions — it felt like someone had switched the settings on my body.
What changed for me wasn’t a single thing... it was learning to support my body instead of fight it, learning to breathe differently, eat differently, rest differently, and think differently about midlife.

And piece by piece — energy returned, confidence rebuilt, clarity sharpened, and joy became daily again.

That experience became the foundation of F.A.M.
Not a program to complete — but a way to live, supported.

I created F.A.M. because I lived this chapter.
The confusion, the symptoms, the exhaustion, the identity shift...
all while still trying to show up for my family, my work, and the life I loved.

Hi, I’m Trisha Zaldana — a certified breathwork guide, yoga instructor, holistic nutritionist, holistic perimenopause coach and midlife woman figuring this out right alongside you.

I didn’t set out to “teach midlife wellness.”
I started searching because I was tired — tired of the guessing, the overwhelm, the emotional ups and downs, and feeling disconnected from the woman I knew myself to be.

Like many of us, I was told to “just manage it,” to push through, to accept this as part of getting older — but my body was clearly asking for something different.

So I began exploring nervous system regulation, perimenopause nutrition, movement that supports longevity, and mindset shifts that make everyday life feel lighter and more aligned — not pressured or perfect.

And slowly, everything began to change — my energy, my emotions, my confidence, my peace.
