I am not taking 1:1 coaching clients or discovery calls at this time. In order to maintain a balance of living the life I teach and helping as many women as possible I host all of my courses now through group coaching and via our

There are different needs for those in
pre-menopause (no menopausal symptoms and you still have periods), perimenopause (you are around or near menopause, experiencing symptoms of hormonal changes, you can still become pregnant, usually lasts 4-10 years), menopause (one day in time after a consecutive 12 months without a period.) and post-menopause (two stages after menopause (early/late) you remain here for the remainder of your life.)

All of my courses, workshops, challenges, and products are created with women 35+ in mind—especially those in their 40s navigating the ups, downs, and bloopers of perimenopause.
If you’re craving a fresh start or a new lease on life, you’re in the right place. I guide women who want to feel vibrant again by using simple, powerful tools like yoga, breathwork, and holistic nutrition to support hormone health, energy, and confidence.
Because midlife isn’t about “getting by”—it’s about finding your spark and rewriting the story of what’s possible.
If you have Hashimoto's gluten free in some cases is a must and makes a huge difference. Some people have been able to re-introduce gluten back into their diet in moderation. I suggest if this is a choice you want to look into work with your doctor to monitor your lab work to evaluate the effect this has for you.
I encourage an anti-inflammatory diet and a whole-food focus to feel your best during your perimenopause and menopause years.
(Anti-inflammatory is subjective, each individual has variations of foods that inflame their body. I strongly recommend removing and re-introducing foods that may be causing you issues directly to become more in tune with your body.
The Mediterranean Diet is a mostly plant-based diet that has shown to have anti-inflammatory effects. Many of the meals I suggest fit into this category.)
My lessons are beginner friendly with modifications available to fit your needs. We focus on building endurance, strength in the muscles and joints along with flexibility and balance.
No, you do not need anything special to do yoga or breathwork. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing for both that is non-restrictive. If you prefer, you may use blocks, blankets, pillows as props to help with any modifications you may need. A yoga mat is preferred by some, again not required. To increase strength, I do recommend utilizing light weights into some flows if you would like more of a challenge. Body weight is sufficient. It's good to always have water near by.
Yes, 100%! I am a believer that you chose what is right for your body. Not all women want to utilize hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or (MHT) Menopause Hormone Therapy or can use these forms of therapy due to various reasons. The tools I offer support women who makes either choice. Holistic refers to the whole body. The forms of yoga, breathwork techniques and nutrition I provide support hormones improving your quality of life on or off HRT.
During perimenopause, shifting estrogen and progesterone can throw your nervous system out of balance-keeping you in a constant “fight or flight” mode. Not to mention the consistent environmental/lifestyle stresses we deal with on a day-to-day basis. When your body is stuck in stress, cortisol stays elevated, which makes hormone fluctuations feel even worse.
Breathwork helps regulate the nervous system, lowering cortisol and creating the conditions for your hormones to find better balance. This can ease common perimenopause struggles like hot flashes, night sweats, anxiety, mood swings, fatigue, and disrupted sleep.
The HeartMath Institute has shown that resonance breathing (a rhythm that improves heart rate variability, or HRV) is one of the most effective ways to strengthen your stress response and support overall hormone health.
Simply put: when your nervous system is steady, your symptoms feel lighter and life feels a whole lot better.
